When do I pay?

We require an £80 deposit to book your party, and the balance of the payment during the week prior to your party when we ring to confirm final details, number of children, etc.

Do I need to provide anything?

We need a table so the Mad Scientist can setup the equipment. We will also need access to water for set-up and clean-up and access to electricity. Please let us know if your party location does not have either of these.

How far in advance do I need to book my party?

Our party schedule fills up quickly. We suggest you book well in advance to get the date and time you want. Generally, at least 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended.

What times do you do parties?

We offer 11am and 3pm slots, but can make adjustments depending on the length of your party and how early you book.

How many Mad Scientists will be at my party?

1-25 children - one Mad Scientist 26-45 children - two Mad Scientists Our Mad Scientists are experienced, energetic and capable of dealing with a crowd, but for the smooth running, safety and enjoyment of all we might ask an adult to supervise any extremely disruptive guests.

Do you provide food, drink, cake or party bags?

Due to the nature of our experiments, we leave the food to you! Each child will be making a cool science take home and we will bring along extra goodies for the children, but we do not provide party bags. Our supplies vary, but goodies will be safe, fun and scientific for sure.

Where do you hold your parties?

We come to you! You can have your party at home or in a community centre, school, restaurant or hall of your choice.

Can you accomodate special needs?

Absolutely! We can adapt our themes and activities to suit the needs of our party guests. Just let us know at booking and we will make it a special day for all.
