What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 7 business days' notice of any changes. The fee is non-refundable within 7 days.
+What kind of space is best suited for a Mad Science special event?
An ideal assembly location would be an area with an open space for the children to sit on the floor. Mad Science special events generally work best when held indoors. However, they can be performed outdoors, weather permitting, where shelter from the wind can be provided.
+Do we need to provide Mad Science with any equipment?
For each show or activity station, we require a suitably sized table to place our equipment on. Depending on the show you select, we may need access to an electrical outlet, access to a sink and/or water. For health and safety reasons, we ask that event organisers provide a marquee or tent if required.
+How many children can you accommodate per event?
Given enough space and advance notice, there is no limit.
